Many of our products are handcrafted, handmade, artisan-made, or traditionally crafted. Minor variations in color, finish, texture, dimensions, design, polishing, stones, artwork, and detailing may occur and shall not be considered defects.

5. Product Images & Colors

We make every effort to display product images accurately. However, actual product colors, finishes, and appearances may vary slightly due to:

Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment service providers as applicable.

Vaania reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Inventory shortages
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Payment verification issues

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Customers may request cancellation shortly after placing an order. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and product processing status.

Orders may not be cancelled once processing, packaging, customization, dispatch preparation, or shipment has commenced.

Vaania reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • India: 7–10 business days
  • International Orders: Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, logistics providers, and local regulations.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Vaania shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Customs authorities
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Force majeure events

9. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

No Exchange. No Refund.

All sales are considered final unless the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Exchange or return requests will be accepted only if:

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video is recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.
  • The video clearly shows the package, shipping label, receipt, and complete unboxing process.
  • The issue is reported on the same day as delivery.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video or after the delivery date shall not be eligible for exchange, return, refund, or replacement.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

If Vaania approves a return or replacement request, return shipping costs may be borne by Vaania at its discretion.

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Product Images
  • Graphics
  • Videos
  • Text
  • Design Elements
  • Brand Assets

is the exclusive property of Vaania and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
