10. Incorrect Address Information

Any additional shipping or re-dispatch charges resulting from incorrect address information shall be borne by the customer.

the shipment may be returned to us.

Any re-shipping charges for returned shipments shall be the responsibility of the customer.

If a package appears damaged upon delivery, customers should immediately record an unboxing video and contact us on the same day of delivery.

Claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products may require a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video for verification.
