2. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation shortly after placing an order.
Cancellation requests are subject to order status and approval by Vaania. Orders that have already entered processing, packaging, customization, dispatch preparation, or shipment stages may not be eligible for cancellation.
Vaania reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Inventory discrepancies
- Pricing errors
- Fraud prevention checks
- Payment verification issues
- Operational or logistical limitations
If an order is cancelled by Vaania after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
3. No Return Policy
Vaania follows a strict No Return Policy.
Products purchased through our website are generally not eligible for return after delivery.
Returns will only be considered in exceptional cases involving:
- Damaged products received during transit
- Missing items in the package
- Incorrect product delivered

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for any claim related to damage, missing items, incorrect products, exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund consideration, customers must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video.
The video must:
- Begin before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the sealed package
- Clearly show the shipping label
- Clearly show any invoice or receipt included
- Record the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
- Clearly display the issue being reported
Edited, paused, incomplete, or interrupted videos may not be accepted for verification purposes.
5. Claim Reporting Time
All claims must be reported on the same calendar day as the delivery date shown by the courier partner.
Requests submitted after the delivery date will not be eligible for review, replacement, store credit, return, or refund consideration.
6. Replacement Policy
If Vaania verifies that a product was damaged during transit, incorrectly delivered, or contains missing items, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Replacement approval is subject to:
- Successful verification of the claim
- Availability of stock
- Compliance with all requirements of this policy
Replacement shipments will be arranged at no additional shipping cost to the customer where approved.
7. Store Credit Policy
If an approved replacement product is unavailable, Vaania may issue store credit equal to the value of the affected item.
Store credit may be used toward future purchases on our website and may be subject to validity conditions communicated at the time of issuance.
8. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Made-to-order products
- Special-order items
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions unless received damaged or incorrect
9. Refund Policy
Vaania generally follows a No Refund Policy.
Refunds will only be considered in limited situations such as:

- Payment received but order cannot be fulfilled
- Approved claim where replacement is not possible and store credit cannot reasonably be provided

10. Rejection of Claims
Claims may be rejected if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- The video is edited, incomplete, or unclear
- The request is submitted after the delivery date
- The issue cannot be verified
- The product has been used, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery
